A group like netnanny should sell it's services to newspapers. Now that alot of sites are going out of business, the lowerclass websites (pay-per-click directories, porn sites, pop-up generators) are gobbling up the discarded urls. Newspapers that take the time and effort to link to outside resources are finding themselves linking to porn without knowing it. Netnanny could crawl through the site looking for external links and reporting back to the newspaper when the links match their unsafe site database.
